Wedding Management

This is “day-of coordination”, but we don’t believe someone can just pop in on the best day of your life and ensure seamless execution of all the little details.

If you’ve planned your wedding exactly how you want it, but you’re ready to hand off the baton and enjoy the final weeks of your engagement, this offering is for you.

We will begin to meet one month before your Wedding Day. We will gather all of the details making sure nothing has been forgotten, assist with creating a timeline, and take over communication with your vendor team.

On the weekend of your wedding, we will run a rehearsal, assist with the set up of your ceremony and reception space, facilitate your ceremony, oversee all logistics throughout the day, and then we tear it all down.

This offering includes all Wedding Management items.

So you need more help than a month of coordinator, but you don’t need a full-on wedding planner? I’ve got you. This offering is fully customizable to your needs. You will receive all of the items listed in our Wedding Management Offering but with your own add-ons.
