WEDDING PLANNING FOR COUPLES WHO VALUE MEANINGFUL MOMENTS AND THOUGHTFULLY SELECTED DETAILS
full-service
You’re here because you value an intimate gathering with the people you love most, surrounded by the San Jan Mountains. We’re here because we know how to make it happen effortlessly and with love.
Meet Kourtney
YOUR PLANNER, DESIGNER, COORDINATOR, AND MOUNTAIN WEDDING EXPERT, WHO SPECIALIZES IN INTIMATE, ELEGANT CELEBRATIONS.
If you’re a couple looking for more than just a wedding, you’re in the right place. With Timeless Traditions, you’ll get an experience that feels deeply personal, timelessly beautiful, and elegantly elevated. We plan each event with warmth, detail, and a deep respect for your unique love story.
IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT THE WEDDING, IT’S ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE.
Whether you’re traveling from afar or already call this beautiful area home, I’d love to share my favorite spots with you as someone who was born and raised on the Western Slope (& tends to avoid the overly touristy areas that lack a “homey” feel).
Our process
Ready to start planning your intimate gathering in the mountains? Here’s what the process will look like:
-
Get in touch with us HERE, by filling out our inquiry form. Once received, you’ll get an email from us with more information and a link to book a quick consultation call.
-
Post inquiry call, you’ll receive a proposal. Once we’ve established that we are the best fit for each other, you’ll lock in your date with a signed contract and a paid deposit. Then the fun part starts!
-
This is where the effortless planning comes in. We use forms and meetings to help us get the best understanding of your vision. We create design decks, give you access to our preferred vendor lists, and set up a back office suite tailor made for your wedding. We split this process into two sections “planning” & “designing”.
-
You get to say “I Do” with ease, knowing that all of your carefully thought out details have been brought to life using the best of the best vendors in the area. We coordinate everything day-of while you soak in every moment + every stunning view.
WHAT IS AN “INTIMATE WEDDING”?
We classify an intimate wedding as anything under 45 guests. Not sure if your wedding fits in that category?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
As of right now, no. But we do offer a Wedding Management Package for larger weddings.
-
That depends on a lot of factors: location, catering, guests count, lodging, etc. But our average couple invests anywhere from $25k-$35k with onsite accommodations.
-
Of course! Nothing says intimate wedding like you, your fiancé, and your top tier photographer.
-
That’s something we help with! But if you want to do your own research before hoping on your consult call, I recommend picking out the mountain town that best fits you, then we’ll go from there.
-
That’s okay too! If Colorado isn’t the right fit, we are happy to travel. We often visit Utah, and can’t wait to see where your love story takes us.
-
We recommend booking your intimate planning package as soon as you decide that’s what you want. 6-12 months in advance is the sweet spot, but we can accommodate shorter timelines.
